Responsibilities:
- Excellent and proven experience in Sourcing right profiles from across available media.
- Developing a continual pipeline of quality candidates.
- Developing new and innovative approaches to attract quality candidates using a variety of networking tools.
- Utilizing CV search functions from a variety of job boards/Social Media.
- Utilizing and updating our internal candidate database.
- Meeting with the team weekly to discuss new requirements.
- Being an integral part of the Recruitment Team and assisting where necessary with ad hoc tasks.
- You will also conduct brief telephone interviews and assess candidates for their suitability to take the candidature ahead.
Qualifications:
- You’ll be a tenacious self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to find the best candidates. Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential and you must be able to speak confidently to people at all levels. You will be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. We will provide full training and the opportunity to develop within a truly international organization.
- Experience in recruitment is not essential but would be a great advantage. We are also interested to hear from strong Graduates with commercial experience.
