A renowned law firm in Lahore is looking for a female legal office secretary who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to the law team. The job responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Transcribing and proof-reading legal documents.
- Scheduling court depositions.
- Filing and organizing important legal documents ahead of deadlines.
- Provide assistance in hearings and meetings.
- Maintaining the efficiency of all office procedures and case management to ensure consistency.
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
- Manage client queries and concerns
An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Must be an LLB graduate.
- Should have a law license
- Should have 2 years of experience in similar roles or as an associate (preferably).
- Should have exceptional time management skills.
- Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
