With such a user base, there are countless ways that a Product Manager can have an impact in our fast growing organization. You’ll work with designers, engineers, salespersons and customer success managers. You should be extremely entrepreneurial in approach, appreciate simplicity and delight in user experience, and be a person who can innovate and execute product initiatives. As the Product Manager at 7Vals, you will own company-wide goals, and find effective ways to achieve them.
You will
- Establish shared vision for the product goals across the teams
- Build consensus on priorities for product features
- Drive product development with a team of world class engineers. You will create feature stories through wireframes and mockups
- Be an expert communicator to bridge gaps between design, engineering, marketing, customer support, and our users
- Shape up the product strategy, set goals, and figure out how to get to them
- Follow through and not rest until the features are polished, in hands of customers, yielding results, and you’ve measured these results
- Recognize and shape up our competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
- Work with customers, understand their pain-points, and figure out if we’re on track or need to adjust course
You should
- Be versatile, flexible and be able to understand everything ranging from technical issues to market strategy
- Have 2+ years of product management, design or a similar experience
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understand principals of product design
- Have excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Be extremely comfortable with numbers and be data driven
- Have experience in designing simple and intuitive User Interface
- BS in a technical/science/mathematical field is ideal
