We are seeking telesales agents to join our team!!!
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
- On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to maintain their personal targets.
- Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.
- Achieving 100% of monthly personal targets and team targets.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge to ensure that the customer understands the product offering and as result purchases the correct product.
Minimum requirements:
- At least matriculation or more.
- fresh or Sales marketing experience will also be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in English. Additional skills:
- The successful applicant must display strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A high level of EQ, and must be customer focused.
- The individual must be target driven with an ability to close deals over the phone.
- Persistence is vital to the sales cycle therefore you must have the determination to succeed.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
- You must be proactive and work creatively to increase sales so that you meet and exceed targets.
