ABIC is looking for a Associate Accounts Payble for one of our Offshore client:
Following are the responsibilities
- Maintain Vendor List
- Keep track of all the monthly recurring bills
- Classify ACH & Check transactions
- Created portals logins for each vendor
- Record all the transactions on Daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Communicate with vendors in case of any discrepancy.
Candiadte Should contain:
- Experience using Quickbooks
- Good in communication (English)
- Experience in using MS Excel
