The incumbent will be performing a HR Generalist role with primary duties focusing on the below areas:
- Manage Time & attendance of all employees including machine calibration and user queries
- Validate leave & absences data and consolidate the same for analysis.
- Assist in payroll activities
- Manage & maintain all employee personal files & their contents.
- Assist in various HR related projects or engagement activities.
- Provide supportive role to other HR functions from time to time.
