- Assist GM RMD in periodic Risk Reviews and their likely implications on AWT business units
- Review of Internal Audit Reports to find out prospective risks and their treatment
- Assist GM RMD in developing Risk Policies / Processes and their dissemination for implementation
- Use financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to inform decisions
- Capital Budgeting Analysis including BMR’s review and recommendations
- Investigate and assess potential risks for assigned projects
- Propose possible solutions/programs/protocols for minimizing risk and liability
- Monitor operations and implementation of contracts to ensure compliance with all risk and legal obligations
- Assist GM RMD in research work and recommendations related to new ventures
- Review and conversion of different transactions into commercial and legal framework to safeguard organization’s interest
- Routine operational tasks on daily basis as delegated by GM RMD
