1) build their digital business cards,

2) find and apply for Jobs,

3) broaden their network

4) access in-house & community-generated upskilling content. On the other side of the equation, employers can post jobs and have access to a large pool of vetted candidates that meet their needs in a frictionless manner.

Your role in taking Taraki to the next level

The HR associate will play a pivotal role in building Taraki’s human resource capabilities and help us double down on Taraki’s values. The HR associate will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition i.e. tests different traits and keeps a scorecard for n criteria points, communicate with potential job candidates, and iteratively improves upon acquisition processes & criteria.
  • Onboarding processesi.e. work closely with different functional departments to create best practices for onboarding new talent including the use of productivity tools including but not limited to trello, loom & other tools
  • Productivity & Culture Planning weekly tasks and reviewing their progress at the end of each week including undertaking productivity experiments i.e. creating hypotheses and testing against best ways for Self-Reflection, Peer Reflection, Founder Reflection, Daily Standup, Cycle reviews & Accountability Groups.
  • Maintain our upskilling library through curation of content, mentors, courses, and blogs so our talent can explore their curiosities and become the best version of themselves.
  • Employer Brand highlight Taraki’s way of working, values, and mission to the world so we attract people with the desire to create a product that aims to change the social fabric of society
