Rs 30,000 - Rs 40,000 a month (Base Salary) + Commissions

As our first international market expansion in Pakistan, we are looking for energetic and well versed English Speaking Individuals for Online Appointment Scheduler.
Job Description:
- Dialing Outbound Calls to Customer to Schedule Appointments.
- Provide Prompt, Professional and reliable Customer Service for all Phone requests
- Engage, build rapport and trust relationships with the customer to book appointments.
- Answer questions about the Booking process and Customer queries.
- Obtain accurate contact information from the Customer while booking a Schedule.
- Should have Excellent Data Entry Skills
- Ability to complete Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling as per Customer need.
- Strong follow up On Emails and checking them regularly.
- Able to Provide Excellent Customer Experience.
- Maintains scheduling system so records are accurate and complete, and can be used to analyze patient/staffing patterns.
- Ensures that updates (e.g., cancellations or additions) are input daily into the scheduler.
- Uses Customer Centric Approach and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly.
- Perform other various duties as assigned.
