 Requirements (Education): O-Level / A-Level / Bachelors / Master

Skills Required: 

1. Excellent English Written & Verbal Communication Skills. (English Fluency)

2. Must have American Accent

3. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

4. Able to manage complex transactional / emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.

5. Contact center experiecne.

It DOES have rotational shifts between Evenings and Nights.  Also, it helps a lot of you're a little tech savvy and familiar with how operating systems for cellular/mobile devices work. Salary Range: From 70k to 100k depending upon the skillset and experience.
