Data Analyst (Supply Chain)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain professional to join our team in Izmir Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in inventory management, procurement, and supplier performance analysis. This full-time role demands proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI to ensure precise data reporting and support ongoing process improvements. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving cost-saving initiatives and optimizing import logistics within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze stock levels, aging, and procurement trends to maintain optimal inventory.
- Monitor inventory against reorder points to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure purchasing is both cost-effective and timely.
- Track logistics and import KPIs, recommending opportunities to reduce costs.
- Maintain data accuracy across ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Power BI reports.
- Assess procurement cycle times and supplier reliability to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze recipe-based material consumption and identify variances for corrective action.
- Support documentation efforts and promote continuous improvements in supply chain processes.
- Identify gaps in import procedures and propose actionable recommendations to improve workflow.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain functions.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, and supplier management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel functions, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
