Sales Manager / Property Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities
  •  Research and identify potential customers and develop strategies to engage with them.
  •  Build and Maintain Customer Relationships4. Develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations and Demonstrations6. Showcase our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales Deals
  • 8Work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets1
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or in Banking or Insurance company.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills5. Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • Industry Knowledge Familiarity with our industry, products, and services.
  • Must have bachelor’s degree or any relevant degree.
