We are looking for Accounts officer to handle the following responsibilities.
- Handling Payables & Receivable
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Handling inventories
- Prepare Invoices, Delivery Challan, Inward gate pass, Bills, PO’s & Stock reports
- Record Keeping
- Petty Cash
- Reconciliation with banks, Vendors and customers
- Prepare reports on any other task assigned by the management
- Traveling required 20 to 30%
