We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and Energetic Telesales Representative to join our Sales team!
As a call center agent, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
We expect you to be an outstanding communicator and Active listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Learn details on our product and service offerings from knowledge base and information provided – Also, you will be provide basic scripts
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep customer database updated
- Measure identified KPIs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
- Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
Qualifications
- Excellent English Spoken Skills (Preferably American/British Neutral Accent)
- At least 1 year of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Need to work in USA time zones (Time to be a night owl)
- Proven record of met quota
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player with disciplined time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Degrees don’t matter here, you just have to be a Perfect English communicator and a polished sales person
Requirements If You Want to Work from Home as a Virtual or Remote:
1. A Good Computer with fast speed processor – Latest laptops also allowed
2. Internet Speed with at least 10 Mbps. It needs to be wired, NOT Wi-Fi
3. A reasonable quality USB Headset
4. A Quiet Room to work
