- Monitor daily attendance of the staff.   - Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.   - Coordinate with AM Human Resource for staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.   - Provide assistance to AM Human Resource on staff recruitment and prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions.   - Schedule and organize interviews, conduct reference checks on possible candidates and conduct exit interviews

- Provide assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations and appraisals

- Facilitate AM Human Resource in communicating and revisiting performance expectations, checking-in on goal progress and submission of employee reviews by the designated deadline

- Assist in identify training and development needs and opportunities.

- Assist AM Human Resource in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and other related activities

- Facilitate to conduct the training budgeting exercise and Training Need Analysis (TNA) across all organization and functions

- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures

- Assist AM Human Resources to manage the central HR Administration like employee offer letters, employment contracts etc

- Maintain personal files of employees

- Assist AM Human Resource to manage and maintain record of employees in HRIS

- Assist in salary classification and benefits plan also support as necessary for the day to day operation of the Benefits portfolio

- Assist in employee benefit programs in conjunction with the Finance department

- Maintain record of new inductee and perform employee final settlement in liaison with finance department

- Other duties as assigned
