Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for innovation in organizations projects and incorporate it where needed.
  • Integrate innovation into organization’s work at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Develop short and long term innovation strategies for the organization and its Partner Organizations.
  • Review the existing rules, administrative instructions, donor guidelines and other relevant materials concerning the organization or its lower tier organizations and suggest innovative improvements where required.
  • Identify strengths and areas of improvements of the existing system and propose adjustments/modifications based on the principles set out in the practices and international standards.
  • Carryout impact analysis of innovative interventions.

Job Specifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Social Sciences, Public Administration/Policy or other relevant discipline from a HEC recognized national or international university.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably with an International development sector organization.
  • Experience in research and development, and incorporating creative learning methodologies in the organization.
  • Experience in liaising/coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working with social enterprises and impact innovation will be preferred.
  • Possess good knowledge of relevant innovation concepts, principles and structural approaches required at national / international level.
  • Experience working in development sector.
  • Possess donor relationship management and report writing skills.
  • Be a team player, system thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented individual.
  • Specialized knowledge and significant documented experience in strategy development with a focus on Innovation.
  • Willing to travel across Pakistan.
