Job Description
KBM Consultants, London based education consultancy firm has a fantastic opportunity at its Karachi branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and well versed in up to date marketing strategies that will help us in building strategic relationships and attract potential clients.
Employment: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Building and developing strong relationships with customers
• Contacting potential customers via phone, SMS and email
• Attending clients meetings online or face to face and presenting the services in a structured and professional way
• Mastering sales pitches and offering solutions according to customer needs
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Attending exhibitions and events to create new business opportunities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelors/Masters
- Knowledge of any CRM
- 3+ years of sales & marketing experience within Accounting, Consultancy, Recruitment or Education sectors.
