Kickstart needs a hardworking and dedicated office manager for its location in Gulberg.
Job Description
- Making sure all operations (Internet, Power Backup, Kitchen Management, Meeting and Training Space Management, staff management etc.) are being run smoothly as per the processes and guideline
- Making sure physical upkeep of the entire location with the help of the facilities team.
- Customer Service: Promptly solving the issues faced by members
- Providing information to visitors about services of Kickstart and converting them to members
- Maintaining and keeping records of expenses, staff salaries, visitor data, and other aspects of day-to-day space operation
Eligibility Criteria
- Education level: Intermediate or above
- Communication Skills: Should be able to effectively communicate with visitors and customers. Should be able to effectively communicate using emails
- Candidates must have past experience of hotel or restaurant management. Candidates with any other related service industry experience can also apply. Minimum Experience: 3 years
- Candidates with experience of office administration only without the service industry (Hotels, Restaurants, or related experience) experience should not apply. However, candidate having both office management and service industry experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Customer Service mindset is a must for this job.
