REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
• Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Behavioral Sciences with minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience of supervising complete HR function (including but not limited to, HR Planning, Performance Management, Learning & Development, ER & IR) as catalyst between management and employees.
• Must have led training and development programs in organization.
• Hands on experience of assisting Top Management on organizational policy matters in workforce planning, HR Budget, employees’ engagement plans, grievance handling and recommend policy changes to the Management.
• Experience of analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs while ensuring compliance.
• Experience of drafting and improvisation of HR Policies aligned with best corporate practices adhering all relevant rules / regulations.
• Knowledge of managing HR processes in ERP based environment would be an added advantage.
• Excellent listening, writing and interpersonal skills.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise all HR strategic matters including but not limited to Manpower planning, HR Budget, employment contract management, employee relations, grievance handling, training and development and succession planning.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a result oriented healthy work environment.
• Work as HR catalyst in employee engagement plans and preservation of human capital.
• Provide expert level advice to management in different HR related matters. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
• Maintain organogram by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Supervise financial matters of employees such as payroll management, gratuity issues, employees loan management, employees’ medical insurance and life insurance claims as and when required.
• Prepare working papers of HR agenda items for HRGC / Board and other relevant meetings.
• Handling gratuity fund trust matters by representing middle and junior level employees.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.
