Job Overview
MIS - Manager is responsible for the management of the SAP-B1 ERP, Human Capital Management System, and Retail Management System and distributed Database Applications.
Expertise: SAP ERPTechno-Functional Expertise, Bi Tools, Business Process Mapping & Refining HCM, RMS, MS Windows Server, SQL Server Views & Stored Procedures, Crystal reports
Major Responsibilities
- Should be able to provide the expertise necessary to implement the SAP Business One product set, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems, customizations, reporting& SAP Functionality Enhancements in accordance with company’s expectations.
- Experienced in full lifecycle implementations & administration of SAP-B1 with sound experience of providing end user support across several functional areas viz. Financials, Banking, A/P, A/R, Production, MRP and Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.
- Gather and analyze functional specifications and reporting requirements. Experience of using Crystal Reports or other reporting tool and configuration and customization of SAP Business One application accordingly.
- Efficient database administration, backup and restoration methodology and recovery planning and maintaining SAP systems and applications and training users for SAP system(s) and module’s usage.
- Strong working knowledge of 3rd Party add-ons/solutions and integration with SAP-B1 ERP.
- SAP Administrator requires solid troubleshooting skills. They need good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.
