- To process the documentation of all import procurements related to finance.
- To verify and maintain the record of advances to clearing agents.
- To liaise with import department for timely collection and processing of import bills/invoices.
- To liaise with clearing agents for queries regarding import bills and prepare the statements accordingly.
- To keep close coordination with clearing agents for monthly reconciliations.
- To keep strong check/control on payments to clearing agent & freight forwarders to avoid any wrong or excessive payments to them.
- Data entry of all related transactions in SAP.
