PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Coordination with Country Director and Admin & Program Department, Donor meetings & follow-up, coordination in employee reports i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual.
Coordination Executive is responsible for overseeing and producing all major internal & external Liaisons in close collaboration with all program teams as well operation departments, which include the development of all coordination strategies and their successful implementation.

Qualification(s)
Masters in Mass communications / English Literature or Social Sciences from HEC recognized University.
Knowledge
a) Computer literate and knowledge of MS Office, Internet and email packages.
b) Possess high level of knowledge in grammar, punctuation, and language usage.
Experience
c) 2-3 years of related experience at any Govt / Semi Government/ MNCs / International NGOs. Experience with an International NGO will be preferred

d) First rate communication skills, including ability to write clear and concise.
e) Ability to gather, analyzes, and evaluates a variety of data.
f) Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
g) Ability to interact with good interpersonal skills and communication tactics.
