- He/She will be responsible for Air ticket booking (Domestic and International).
- He/She must have prior knowledge of GDS Ticketing systems and software.
- Knowledge of computer, MS Office, Online Booking Websites.
- Prior Knowledge of Hotel Bookings Software
- Assisting and advising customers with their Air Ticketing who may be choosing from a variety of Airlines.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- To maintain a good relationship with Airlines and our vendors in order to smoothly run the Air Ticketing Operations.
- To develop successfully plan and execute the group ticketing services, dedicated for our Umrah pilgrimage operation
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
