Position Summary: The Job Placement Officer (JPO) will be responsible to build linkages with the employers/industries and identify jobs and internships and gain suitable job opportunities for the trained beneficiaries that match their skill sets. Develop linkages with job-market and link/connect fresh trained youth/beneficiaries with respective industries or employers in the market. Make excellent connections with potential employers to maximize the opportunity for sustainable employment or other progression opportunities for our trained beneficiaries. Conduct employability skills workshops and Labor Demand Surveys in different sectors to find out new opportunities and place the trainees in respective sectors. JPO will conduct career counseling, help developing career plan and develop business development plans. JPO will also organize job-fairs and exhibitions to promote skilled youth in the market. .JPO will also be responsible for coordination, communication and monitoring and evaluation of these job/work placements.
