We are looking for Female Call Center Executives at Lahore for our UK based Company

Job Description

  • Managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
  • Good Communication Skills;
  • Neutral or non-inflicted British accent;
  • On call customer engagement through ways of communication provided;
  • Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
  • Up-selling company products and services when possible;
  • Building sustainable customer relationships;
  • Keeping records of all conversations;
  • Have a passion for exceeding customer expectations;
  • Previous Call Center Experience;
  • Energetic and Career Oriented;
  • Good marketing Skills; 
  • Must have convincing power;
  • Must be hardworking and punctual.

Applicants with positive attitude, good listening and communication skills will preferred

Fixed Basic Salary + Commission and Monthly Incentives.
