• Develop strategic plan and propose value additions and projects which are in compliance with the corporate objectives.
  • Suggest value added measures to improve patient experience, loyalty, and engagement
  • Scientifically analyze the data for setting-up a data driven decision making and strategy formulation
  • Translate the generic marketing & media strategy into developing quarterly and monthly integrated marketing & media communication programs and campaigns, which include but are not limited to; developing campaign theme (core values & positioning), media planning & buying (radio, print, direct marketing, web and online marketing, outdoor promotions, etc.), content development, event management, healthcare education and outreach programs for physicians, general public, & other stakeholders (i.e., media personnel)
  • Digital/ Social media PR planning to increase company’s online presence by networking with Journalists, bloggers, & influencers to gain endorsement (opinion making and crisis management) and social media mentions. Building meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
  • Implement and manage all Social Media & Web marketing efforts (i.e. social media posting & advertising search engine optimization, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Develop and launch social media marketing campaigns (Service lines) for maximum outreach to generate leads
  • Develop an effective content & blogging strategy (increasing web/ online outreach) by closely working with relevant clinical specialties/ doctors, media production & graphic designing teams
  • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms and increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • Manage and execute patient education programs, CMEs, and health awareness campaigns (chronic disease risk assessment and screenings) with relevance to the World health & disease specific days, in coordination with healthcare professionals 
  • Perform market research, data analysis, customer profiling, business feasibility studies (service standardization, process automation, enhancing customer experience, product development and diversification, etc.)
  • Develop and implement Marketing & Outreach programs for major service lines, i.e., Transplant Services (Liver, Bone Marrow, Kidney, Cornea), Neurosciences, Cancer, Orthopedics, Cardiology, etc.
  • Develop healthcare awareness and educational content, which includes but is not limited to; publications and printing material, radio talk shows, pictorial and video content for social media, etc
  • Develop media relations and management with key outcomes in terms of number of press releases and news clippings published in major newspapers related to important events and happenings at the hospital
  • Manage and execute patient education, awareness programs related to prevalent and chronic diseases for better prevention and management
  • Develop and implement “Integrated Marketing Communication” programs related to hospital service lines
  • Developing business feasibility studies related to service standardization, process automation, patient experience, product development and diversification, etc
