Duties and Responsibilities:
· Schedule, coordinate and conduct eHealth activities i.e. teleconsultations and eLearning sessions with Gilgit Medical Centre in Skardu.
· Manage and implement quality improvement eHealth process guideline in eHealth sites provided by AKDN eHRC.
· Communicate daily operational issues and achievements with eHealth coordinators of the Gilgit Medical Centre and AKDN eHRC.
· Provide technical training to the operational staff of eHealth sites.
· Provide I.T support for all eHealth related activities to Skardu eHealth sites.
· Visit regularly to all eHealth sites of Skardu to ensure eHealth equipment and activities are running smoothly.
· Install and maintain all eHealth equipment.
· Ensure all eHealth related software licenses are valid and updated periodically.
· Perform level 1 of periodic preventive maintenance on eHealth equipment according to AKDN eHRC provided guideline.
· Maintain the inventory of all the eHealth equipment.
· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the eHealth programs in Skardu.
