The incumbent is expected to work as an independent helpline nurses based at Karachi.

Examine patients. Identify high risk cases, refer appropriate cases at per SoP to AKHSP Health facility or telemedicine, and update all data in software

  • Conduct and receive regular calls and follow up calls to/ from patients having high risk of Co-Morbidities, COVID suspected patients.  
  • Examining and talking to patients to diagnose their medical conditions as per pre-defined assessment criteria and record in software.
  • Provide health education to patients.
  • Do home visits where necessary especially of terminally ill, home bound, hospital bed ridden cases if require.
  • Attends all the meetings as and when convened by the Supervisor / Head of Department.
  • Should be fully aware of the mission and key objectives of the AKHS, P and endeavors to implement with team spirit within the department.
  • Work for continues quality improvement
  • Perform any other duties or task that are assigned by the supervisors.
  • Organize / conduct conference / workshop / seminars and/or any other tasks assigned by the chair or department head.
