- To lead the production team to achieve the hourly, daily and monthly fabrics production target.
- Train & motivate the people and meet and exceed the monthly efficiency target.
- Should have capability to apply modern method of production.
- Monitor all machines of factory floor and take all necessary steps to maintain balanced production quality and quantity.
- Ability to set up a production line with minimum number of machine and manpower.
- Ensure smooth work flow.
- Follow up all sample stages with customer and vendor up to the production approval. Discuss final approved sample with office QC department.
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
- Ensure Quality in the whole process Fabrication to Shipment.
- Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
- Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities.
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to Production and QA / QC.
- To co-ordinate the job activities of the mechanics, work study, production and quality department to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
- Monitor, control and utilize manpower, machine and material for optimum productivity.
- Develop efficient strategies to reduce production costs where possible.
- Lead the team ensuring accountability to the top management.
