We are looking for services of a "Tele Sales Representative"
- Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
- Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

- 07:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
