We Are Looking For Fresh And Experienced Male/Female "Customer Sales Representatives."

The Sales and Support is a department that works internationally on Outbound Sales & Support calls. Span is looking forward to working with some of the finest individuals with excellent communication and selling skills - individuals who have desire to learn, develop, excel and achieve the highest standards. Working on strict deadlines, the individuals must be target oriented and highly motivated and have a flair for accepting challenges. If you have these qualities, you will surely be a part of the vibrant team.

You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

SHIFT TIMINGS (Evening & Night Shifts)

07:00 PM TO 01:00 AM
09:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
07:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
12:00 AM TO 04:00 AM
