We at 1st4Connect builing a multi tenant SaaS product and our stack is

Ruby on Rails
Postgres ( amazon RDS for production )
Redis
S3 ( for media storage )
Haml/CSS/Jquery

We are very much open source, our production enviornment is entirely on Amazon and we are looking for a rubyist having sound understanding or Ruby on Rails framework along side following skills

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Very good understanding of PSQL required
Familiarity with MVC, ORM, Applicaiton routing, and RESTful principles and best practices.
A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Good know how of building multi tenant or Saas based product i.e. architecutre design, security, saclability etc
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git
Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.

We will be delighted if you have

Senior-level Ruby on Rails expertise, along with strong experience in gems like sidekiq, act_as_tenant/apartment,
Familiarity with tools to aid development such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools capistrano, mina etc
