360 Billing Technologies a USA based company is looking for Medical Billing Officer for its Lahore office.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Medical Billing Executive. The team member will perform day to day billing and collections operations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills; ability to prioritize own workload and multitask effectively and independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outgoing calls in order to obtain benefits of insurance.
  • Research, review, evaluate and resolve billing process issues and revenue collections.
  • Execute the preparation of statements and bills; resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
  • Ensure that claims are submitted in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Review transmissions reports on a weekly basis.
  • Enter EOB’s in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that accounts receivable is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensures timely collection of revenue by resolving billing issues; maintaining customer relations.
  • Performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers.
  • Collaborates with Office Manger to improve billing and collection processes.
