Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Business Development Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts. We’re passionate about our services and our customers. What we deliver is truly something you can be proud of.

Job Requirements:

Generate leads by sending emails / cold calls based on business databases
Candidate should have excellent verbal & written communication skills and willingness to interact with overseas clients over email, phone/Skype etc.
Presents and demonstrates company products and services to current and potential clients
Should be efficient in explaining sessions for project requirement to technical team
Sincere, result oriented, hard working with a positive attitude
Coordinates company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
Prepares pricing proposal models

Essential Qualifications:

2+ years selling eLearning solutions and B2B sales and account management experience.
Ability to take responsibility for your own forecasting, pipeline and reporting to management
Experience writing excellent proposal and tender documents
Conduct presentations to client and prospects when appropriate
Confidence to prospect and develop new leads
Knowledge of eLearning (instructional design, LMS etc.)
University degree or equivalent
