Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Manager, Manager Customer Success, to ensure appropriate configuration and deployment of product/ application
- Review client specifications provided and made recommendations where applicable
- Engage with clients as requested, either in facilitation of discussions or in support of the project delivery
- Work closely with the Development, QA and BI teams on prioritization and delivery of Client complaints/requests
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
- Business intelligence troubleshooting and drafting customize reporting requirements
- Investigating a problem during implementation phase
- Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Support Clients and Project Manager on Post-Production and Special Projects, related to customization, development, enhancements, reporting, etc.
- Support transition process from Implementation to Go-Live
- Achieve the desired NPS and SLA results
- Having Jira administrative configuration experience will be adding more value here
Experience Requirement
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience working with international customers
- Complete understanding of implementation roadmap and SaaS based product implementation
- Education background in Finance or work experience in Banking/Fintech industry would be a plus
- Hands on experience in building UAT test cases and perform functional QA
- Able to draft/ understand/ technical documents like Functional Requirements Specification and Statement of Work
