IMPORTANT: This is a Start-Up company; Compensation is limited until the company starts making profit. For the first 6 months there will be NO/minimal compensation for all team members, Equity is Negotiable.

Summary:

You will be expected to be a team player with excellent communications skills and creativity. Working as part of a startup company, under direction of the founding team, you should be TALENTED, experience comes with time.

Knowledge of Unity Game Developer, capable of designing and creating amazing games (2D and/or 3D) for both iOS and Android platforms. You must have deep knowledge about how animations, graphics, and game development works.

You will be involved in making key development and technical decisions of Android & iOS platform.

Main tasks, Skills and responsibilities:

Acting as lead cross platform mobile game developer.
Working closely with the team
Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
Working directly with the team to conceptualize, build, test and realize products.
Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences
Optimizing performance for the apps
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Unity Game Engine
Strong Android & iOS design and programming skills.

Person specification:

Proven commercial software development experience – desktop and mobile (Desirable).
Examples of mobile games for iOS or the Android (Required).
Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles.
A passion for playing video games.
A passion for new consumer technology and the emerging media landscape.
Ability to multi task and good time management skills.
Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team.
Excellent scoping and estimation skills.
Excellent testing/ QA skills.
