3S Solutions Private Limited is seeking for enthusiastic individual to fulfill Business Analyst QA/PM position responsible for Overall management and co-ordination of the project. Able to work with multiple teams to improve product definition, deployment, in-house tools/ software quality, unit testing and assess resource availability in relation to timelines. Communicate with client strategically and internally with team and Prepare and submit detailed development plans and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Design and drive implementation of end to end test automation frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of products including functional correctness, performance, scale and security.
- Perform impact analysis for new and existing requirement changes, Test case designing and planning.
- Performance and security testing. Create automation of Acceptance, Unit, Functional, Regression, Performance and Security testing.
- Integration testing for system/module/API/tools and Bug analysis and tracking.
- Analyze defect patterns across entire product and drive test initiatives to resolve or prevent them in the future.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in QA automation for web and mobile app and project management
- Solid understanding of performance testing, test automation, requirements traceability and general QA process reporting action oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in both process and solution analysis.
- Good communication skills especially in English and Flexible with working hours.
- Familiar with test automation tools like selenium WebDriver, HP QTP/UFT, Appium, JIRA, Asana or similar.
- Must be comfortable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Sciences/Relevant Field from renowned University .
