We are looking for fresh and experienced Customer Sales Representatives with great verbal communication skills.

Working Days and Times: Mon – Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Requirements:

Be proficient in English
Have impeccable experience
Good Communication skills

Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems over the phone and on Social Media platforms( Facebook and Instagram).
Handling leads on CRM and give feedback to customers.
Handle customer engagement.
Up-sell products and services when possible.
