We are looking for Female Sales Executive to join our Sales team for our new project (Squash The Ideas Pakistan). Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Good knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Entertain cold calls on daily basis.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification; Bachelors
Fresh or 1-year experience
Good Communication skills
Strong Convincing attitude towards clients
Presentable
Actively managing Social Media
Motivated and achieve sales targets on monthly basis
