mar7 Star Realestate Marketing is looking for skilled and highly motivated for the post of PPC and SMM ads expert. We are known for our professional work environment. You will be expected to actively participate in uplifting the company's standards of performance and target achievement.

We are looking for a self driven individual with qualities mentioned below:

Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google etc) and social media ads on Facbook, LinkedIn etc
Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts
Tracking KPIs and producing useful reports for management
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud
Able to generate leads through lead generation ads
Perform research on the current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.
