A leading Digital Marketing Company is looking for HEAD OF THE COMPANY who has experience of at least 3-5yrs of running a digital marketing agency as a Head.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Kindly share your (at least 3-5yrs) experience letters as a Head of the digital marketing agency and projects portfolio along with the resume, otherwise, it will not be shortlisted.

The Head will be responsible for building a team of experts for the company including web developers, designers, SEO experts, Social media Experts, and Content writers and other professionals as per the project requirement
As the Head of the Digital Marketing Company, you must have outstanding experience of multiple team management and capacity building by leading them to achieve project targets efficiently to deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards
Must be strongly capable of running multiple projects at a time from different industries such as hospitality, real estate, pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Health care etc.
Must have excellent client management expertise, and must be responsible for bringing new projects/clients for the company
Must be fully aware of the previous and current digital marketing trends and should be creative enough to develop new trends for the client’s projects and lead with example
Expert in creating/designing marketing campaigns for the projects with new trends and unique ideas
Expert in managing paid media budgeting and boosting with cost efficiency on all digital media platforms with new techniques to maximize reach with minimal budgets.
Will be responsible for end-to-end project management.
Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.
Will be responsible to provide complete project growth, improvement, and completion reports.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a Head of digital marketing agency
Excellent organization, team and time management skills.
Expert of all digital media platforms
Strong grip on verbal and written communication
Must have BSc Degree in Computer sciences with majors in Digital Marketing or relevant field.
