You will…
- Understand the needs and challenges faced by our customers via emails, calls, forums, surveys etc
- Build consensus on priorities leading to customer engagement
- Drive customer success with a team of world-class product managers, content writers, and engineers.
- Be an expert communicator to bridge gaps between design, engineering, marketing, customer support, and our users
- Follow through and not rest until the customer issue is resolved, yielding results, and you’ve measured these results
- Recognize and shape up our competitive position
- Work with customers, understand their pain points and figure out if we’re on track or need to adjust course
You should…
- Love communicating and should be able to converse with ease in English
- Be versatile, flexible and be able to understand everything ranging from technical issues to market strategy
- Should be analytical and methodical in problem-solving
- Have a minimum of one year of experience (senior positions also available)
- Have excellent organizational and analytical skills
