Skills Needed

Hands-on on technologies like Java, Ruby or similar OpenSource stacks
Architecture understanding of cloud based SaaS applications using industry best practices and Design Patterns
Past experience of collaboration with Product Management to solve tough but invigorating problems
Providing active mentorship and feedback on design and code best practices
