General Purpose:

  • Contact individuals by telephone in order to sell goods and services, gather information, verify details.
  • This is an Entry Level position regardless of past experience. Everyone entering into our company in this role will start from the ground and work their way up!
  • All training provided in: Sales / Marketing / Management / Customer Acquisition

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Contact individuals by telephone to promote products, services
  • Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers
  • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
  • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
  • Provide pricing details
  • Handle customer questions
  • Obtain customer information including names and address

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of customer service, sales, or relevant job experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional Image
  • Ability to work Full Time (night shift)
  • Team Player
  • Optimistic Attitude and Down for Whatever!
  • matriculation or more 
  • Entry level experience in sales, marketing, customer service, communications is a PLUS!
