A2Z Resource Group, a UK based company is looking for young and energetic Contact Center Executives with excellent English Communication skills for its rapidly expanding Telecom division.
This is a B2B campaign and your primary job will be call offices in UK and market our company’s top line of Telecom products and book appointments for the Sales Manager. We are looking to expand our services all over Europe, Australia and United States so the scope of growth is immense.
This is an excellent opportunity for the candidates who are looking to kick start a career in the Telecom Industry as we will provide you the opportunity work and train under our experienced staff in both UK and Pakistan.
We Require:
- Excellent command over English language, both written and verbal.
- Reach out to potential customers and book appointments with the sales Team.
- Do the research about the company before calling out to the customer.
- Update the CRM after every call to ensure proper follow up against every lead.
- Direct the prospects and leads to the Sales Manager.
- Ability to deal with the customer through email and web chat.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
Requirement:
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
