We are looking 1st Line Telecom Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity of Fresh Graduates of Telecom and Electrical engineer to grow their career.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support clients using our Cloud Phone System (VoIP), SIP Trunks, Fixed Line Services, Broadband, Leased Lines Support and Troubleshooting experience of DSL, WAN, LAN, ADSL to a 1st line level
Raising technical support cases against telephone and email requests
Ensure tickets are dealt and responded to within Service Level Agreement Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to determine problem, testing, and providing solutions to business users
Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

Skills desirable for the role:

Experience of working in a helpdesk environment is desirable but not a 'must-have'Be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own
Eager to learn
Strong written and verbal skills Quick learner and someone who shows a willingness to take on issues so they may improve their own knowledge
An awesome customer service skills, be the customer champion
