Assistance in Employee Attendance and payroll management

Employees monitoring for assisting compliance with policies and HR reporting.
Assistance in general day to day HR Operations across the company.
HR Correspondence and interdepartmental coordination.
Assistance in HR initiatives and other creational projects assigned.
To ensure day to day HR operations are performed with accuracy and timely.
Must have technical knowledge and have previously used HR management tools.
The job would require to manage hiring, firing and retaining more than 400 company employees.
The job would also require legal knowledge of the industry and the Human Resources. management best practices.

Job Requirements

Confident and pleasant personality.
Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
BBA/MBA from reputed university.
2+ years of relevant experience in HRM.
HR certification SHRM/CIPD (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
