• Act as a liaison between manufacturing, sales, and the customer in support of a full range of critical sales functions, including quoting, order entry and product delivery.
  • Generate and manage inquiries requiring a technical lead, including: gaining an understanding of customer applications and needs; guiding customer equipment selection/specification process; answering technical and commercial questions to assist customers in understanding our products and ability to deliver them; and gaining awareness of engineering, manufacturing capacity and procurement intricacies to provide realistic and achievable delivery dates. 
  • Generate leads for sales.
  • Support post-order activities by ensuring the customer requirements are clearly communicated to engineering, supporting design reviews for accuracy, and providing status updates to sales and the customer.
  • Support sales activities to track technical customer requests, monitor and forecast sales revenue, and work to streamline processes.
  • Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
