- Act as a liaison between manufacturing, sales, and the customer in support of a full range of critical sales functions, including quoting, order entry and product delivery.
- Generate and manage inquiries requiring a technical lead, including: gaining an understanding of customer applications and needs; guiding customer equipment selection/specification process; answering technical and commercial questions to assist customers in understanding our products and ability to deliver them; and gaining awareness of engineering, manufacturing capacity and procurement intricacies to provide realistic and achievable delivery dates.
