We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Email Support Representative to manage customer queries via email. The ideal candidate must have excellent written communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of messages professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer emails with clear and accurate information
Resolve complaints, process requests, and provide support
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required
Strong written English skills
Previous email or customer support experience (preferred)
Must be flexible with shifts
