1. Oversee all aspects of Engineering function in an optimized way and Manage Human Resources effectively.

2. Religiously follow the permit to work system. Maintain work permits record in soft and hard form.

3. Maintain Equipment history.

4. Control Electrical and instrumentation related machine down time.

5. Control Mechanical related machine down time.

6. Provide administrative decision-making, support and leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and budget allocations.

7. Foster teamwork and ensure smooth flow of information and material from one department to another.

8. Develop and sustain a high performance culture in the factory by training, coaching, counseling, and communicating company values, strategies and objectives
